SHION INDUSTRIES (the "Developer") sets forth this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' information in the app "oBASE" (the "App").

Article 1 (Collection and Storage of Information)

1. To connect with the BASE service, the App obtains credentials such as access tokens. This information is stored securely in an encrypted storage area on the user's device (such as SecureStore).

2. The Developer does not own or operate its own backend servers, and never sends, collects, or stores the user's personal information, shop data, authentication tokens, or the like on servers of the Developer or third parties. All processing runs locally on the user's device.

Article 2 (Use of Third-Party Services)

1. When paid features are purchased, payment information is collected and managed by official platforms such as Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The Developer does not obtain or hold credit card information or the like.

2. The App may display ads provided by ad networks (such as Google AdMob). These third parties may collect user identifiers (cookies, device identifiers, etc.). Such information is handled in accordance with each provider's privacy policy.

Article 3 (Compliance with Laws and Review)

The Developer complies with the laws of Japan and other norms applicable to the personal information it holds, and reviews and improves this Policy as appropriate.
