Privacy Policy

SHION INDUSTRIES (the "Developer") sets forth this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' information in the app "oPalette" (the "App").

Article 1 (Collection and Storage of Information)

1. The App performs all processing to extract colors from photos of paint, leather, and the like and suggest mixes on the user's device. Photos taken or selected and the extracted color information are never sent to, collected by, or stored on servers of the Developer or third parties.

2. Information on registered paints (photos, color data, palette composition, etc.) is stored only on the user's device.

3. Credit card and payment information used to purchase paid services is collected and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The Developer does not obtain or hold this information.

Article 2 (Use of Third-Party Services)

1. To improve stability, the App uses analytics (Analytics) and crash reports (Crashlytics) provided by Firebase (Google). Usage and error information may be sent to Firebase anonymously.

2. The App may display ads provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). These third parties may collect user information (cookies, device identifiers, etc.). Based on the user's consent, the App may access the IDFA (the iPhone advertising identifier) or the Android advertising ID for personalized ads. Such information is handled in accordance with each provider's privacy policy.

3. To provide In-App Purchases, the App uses RevenueCat's service. An anonymous identifier may be sent to manage the status of purchases and subscriptions.

Article 3 (Compliance with Laws and Review)

The Developer complies with the laws of Japan and other norms applicable to the personal information it holds, and reviews and improves this Policy as appropriate.
