SHION INDUSTRIES (the "Developer") sets forth this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' information in the app "oConvert" (the "App").

Article 1 (Collection and Management of Information)

1. The App processes all conversions of video, audio, and images on the user's device. The files being converted are never sent to or stored on external servers.

2. Credit card and payment information used to purchase paid services is collected and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The Developer does not obtain or hold this information.

3. To improve quality, the App uses Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) and may anonymously collect information such as screen usage and crash reports. This information does not include personal information that can identify the user or the content of converted files.

Article 2 (Advertising)

The App may display ads provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). These third parties may collect user information (cookies, device identifiers, etc.). Such information is handled in accordance with each provider's privacy policy.

Article 3 (Compliance with Laws and Review)

The Developer complies with the laws of Japan and other norms applicable to the personal information it holds, and reviews and improves this Policy as appropriate.
