SHION INDUSTRIES (the "Developer") sets forth this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' information in the app "oScan" (the "App").

Article 1 (Collection and Management of Information)

1. The App itself never sends scanned image data or extracted text to external servers or stores it there. All processing takes place on the user's device.

2. Credit card and payment information used to purchase paid services is collected and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The Developer does not obtain or hold this information.

Article 2 (Advertising)

The App may display ads provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). These third parties may collect user information (cookies, device identifiers, etc.). Such information is handled in accordance with each provider's privacy policy.

Article 3 (Compliance with Laws and Review)

The Developer complies with the laws of Japan and other norms applicable to the personal information it holds, and reviews and improves this Policy as appropriate.
