Privacy Policy
SHION INDUSTRIES (the "Developer") sets forth this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' information in the smartphone and tablet (iPhone, iPad, Android) app "Sukashi Seisho" (the "App").
Article 1 (Text and Settings You Enter)
1. Text entered in the App (names, amounts, addresses, etc.) and settings (such as screen size calibration) are stored only on the user's device and are never sent to the Developer's servers.
2. The App creates the display for tracing on paper laid over the screen on the user's device. All processing for this display runs on the device.
Article 2 (Purchase Information)
1. Credit card and payment information used to purchase paid services is collected and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The Developer does not obtain or hold this information.
2. To check purchase status, the App uses RevenueCat, a purchase management service. An anonymous identifier and purchase history (the items purchased, their periods, etc.) are sent to RevenueCat.
Article 3 (Usage Analytics)
To improve quality, the App uses Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) and may anonymously collect information such as screen usage and crash reports. This information does not include personal information that can identify the user or the content of the text entered.
Article 4 (Advertising)
The App (free plan) displays ads provided by a third-party ad network (Google AdMob). This third party may collect user information (cookies, device identifiers, etc.). Tracking for personalized ads takes place on iPhone and iPad only if the user allows it through App Tracking Transparency. On Android, the device's advertising ID settings (deleting the advertising ID or opting out of personalized ads) are followed. Such information is handled in accordance with each provider's privacy policy.
Article 5 (Compliance with Laws and Review)
The Developer complies with the laws of Japan and other norms applicable to the information it holds, and reviews and improves this Policy as appropriate.
