Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the smartphone and tablet (iPhone, iPad, Android) application "Sukashi Seisho" (the "App") provided by SHION INDUSTRIES (the "Developer"). All users (the "Users") shall use the App in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the Users and the Developer concerning the use of the App.

Article 2 (Fees and Costs)

1. The basic features of the App are free to use.

2. Through purchases within the App ("In-App Purchases"), the Users can use additional features such as all fonts and templates and ad removal (the "Paid Services"). The prices and payment methods of the Paid Services are based on the standards set by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).

3. The Users bear communication costs and other expenses required to use the App and to purchase the Paid Services.

Article 3 (Subscriptions)

1. Plans: The Paid Services are offered as weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions.

2. Billing and auto-renewal: Subscription fees are charged through the Apple account (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) used for the purchase. Unless auto-renewal is turned off before the next renewal date (for the App Store, at least 24 hours before renewal), the subscription renews automatically at the end of the current period.

3. Free trial: If a free trial is offered, unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends (for the App Store, at least 24 hours before it ends), it automatically becomes a paid subscription at the end of the trial and the fee is charged.

4. Managing and canceling: Subscriptions can be checked and canceled at any time from the following places.

  • iPhone / iPad: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play Store app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

No refunds are given for canceling partway through a period. Refunds follow the policies of Apple or Google.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

When using the App, the Users must not do any of the following.

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Acts that may interfere with the operation of the App
  • Reverse engineering of the App, such as decompiling or disassembling it
  • Other acts that the Developer deems inappropriate

Article 5 (Suspension of the App)

The Developer may stop or suspend all or part of the App without prior notice to the Users if it determines that any of the following applies.

  • When performing maintenance or updates of the App
  • When providing the App becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
  • When the Developer otherwise determines that providing the App is difficult

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Developer does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, that the App is free from factual or legal defects (including defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, or security, as well as errors, bugs, and infringement of rights).

The front-of-envelope wording, amount notation, and address layout shown by the App are general examples, and the Developer does not guarantee that they match the etiquette of every region, religious denomination, or occasion. The Developer is also not responsible for the finish of gift envelopes, condolence envelopes, postcards, or the like (misaligned characters, ink bleeding, stains on the paper, etc.).

The Developer bears no responsibility for any damage caused to the Users by the App.

Article 7 (Changes to the Service)

The Developer may change the content of the App or stop providing the App without notice to the Users, and bears no responsibility for any damage caused to the Users as a result.

Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)

The Developer may change these Terms at any time without notice to the Users if it deems it necessary. If a User uses the App after these Terms have been changed, the User is deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
